Role Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer / Legal Manager with a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law. The candidate should be capable of independently managing legal matters, handling client requirements and effectively coordinating a legal team.
Experience: 1–2 years minimum
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements.
• Manage MCA/ROC filings and corporate compliance matters.
• Handle company/LLP incorporation, restructuring, corporate actions and related documentation.
• Manage trademark and intellectual property matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports and advisory notes.
• Assist in legal due diligence, investments, transactions and business restructuring.
• Assess contractual and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Liaise with clients, CAs, CSs and other professional advisors.
• Supervise team members, delegate assignments and monitor deliverables.
• Develop and improve legal templates, processes and SOPs.
Requirements
• LLB from a recognised institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant corporate legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, MCA compliance and commercial contracts.
• Good drafting, vetting, negotiation and legal research skills.
• Working knowledge of Trademark/IP laws.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and client-management capabilities.
• Prior experience in a corporate law firm or legal consultancy preferred.
India & UAE work management

Responsibiltes
- Liaise with clients in Kenya.
- Collect accounting, audit, and tax documents from clients.
- Coordinate and share documents with the India team.
- Follow up on pending information and maintain regular client communication.
- Ensure timely exchange of information between clients and the India team.
Requiremnts
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting, CPA(K), ACCA Finalist, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or audit firm.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be currently based in Kenya.
- Digital marketing expertise including SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Meta, LinkedIn & Google Ads expertise
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (especially Zoho CRM), email marketing tools, and analytics software
- Data analysis capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Social media platform management (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking metrics
- Strong enthusiasm to learn

- Hands on Knowledge in Tally/ Accounting Software
